We're looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, KPI analysis, and financial reporting across a fast-moving, metrics-driven organization.

You'll partner closely with Accounting, GTM, Product, and Leadership to drive insights around revenue performance, customer metrics, operating expenses, and overall financial health.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain SaaS financial models, including ARR/MRR, churn, retention, CAC, LTV, and cohort analysis.

  • Analyze revenue trends, customer behavior, and pipeline conversion to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Prepare management reporting packages, dashboards, and variance analyses to explain performance against plan.

  • Partner with Accounting on month-end close analytics, including revenue confirmation, deferred revenue movements, and expense trends.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support pricing decisions, customer insights, and operational efficiency.

  • Assist in annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.

  • Improve processes and enhance data accuracy by collaborating with RevOps and FP&A on system/reporting optimization.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of financial analysis or FP&A experience, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS KPIs (ARR/MRR, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV, ASP, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort working with large datasets.

  • Experience with BI or FP&A tools such as Planful, Looker, Tableau, Adaptive, Mosaic, or Cube.

  • Solid understanding of financial statements and revenue mechanics in a subscription environment.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, analytical mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to ASC 606 revenue concepts or experience working alongside Accounting teams.

  • SaaS experience supporting GTM or Product organizations.

  • SQL or similar data-querying skills.
